By commissioning me you agree

General TOS

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service

below.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the

commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS.

Please write in a clear and nice manner.
Provide visual references.

Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
Follow the rules provided in the commission journal, YCH or Adoptable post.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

I dont give services to anti-lbgt+ people or xenophobic/racists, if i look at your account and find that kind of content, you will promply enter my blacklist

II. PAYMENT

All commissions must all be paid using my system, after the request, a fast sketch will be
given, if approved then half of the payment is given, followed by me finishing the art, sending it with a watermark and low quality, the other half being paid and the finished artwork being posted

ONLY FOR COMMISSIONS OVER 20 EURO, COMMISSIONS UNDER

THAT PRICE WILL BE PAID ALL BEFOREHAND

The currency accepted is EURO.

III. PROCESS

Work In Progress will be given when i make advances on the drawing, if the commissioner asks for them and if the price

excedes 7 euro

WIPs might be given as well if I the artist, wonder something about the commission.

The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 weeks depending on

many factors such as;

Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.

If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.

However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.

Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.

Any great changes will come with an extra charge.

Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that

makes me have to redraw it completely.

If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes

without a fee.

Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

Post finishing changes:

Small changes: 2eur+ Mayor changes: 4eur+

If you comm a ref from me and you change your gender expression, the edit on the ref is free as long is a simple one, if its a complex one it will be at a reduced price

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore I ́m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.

Publish things.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.

The commissioners are allowed to;

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed

otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will

be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist ́s, consent.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 30%+ of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.

Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 50% FEE

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances
after payment are received

You gain right to cancel or demand a refund if it takes more than 3 weeks and ive not gotten to the basic color sketch

If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you

will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork (pose as a ych) to new buyers.

You will forbidden to ever commission me, Vird, ever again.

Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have

given me.

Adoptable and custom terms

Adoptable terms

By adopting a character from me in any kind of way you are agreeing to these terms unless stated otherwise by me, the designer

I. GENERAL TERMS.

Please bid peacefully and responsably

Do not threaten or insult any other bidder or adoptable owner, if you do youll get banned from any of my services

Follow the rules stated in the adoptable post, otherwise i have the right to decline your bid

I will state you as the owner in the post after the transaction is finished

I do not take responsability on what people do with characters they bought from me, if you see anyone using the characters ive designed to promote a hateful message, please notify me to ban them from services ever again and erasing that character from my desing portfolio

If the character is used as a sona and needs a simple change to its gender presentation ill do it for free

II. PAYMENT

Once the auction or direct sale is finished the client must send the money to the paypal that was given, after the transaction its confirmed, a version of the character sheet with your name as the owner and mine as the designer and without the watermark will be sent

The currency accepted is EURO.

(it can also be other forms of payment if stated in the post)

You can ask for a payment plan if the price is higher than 50 EURO

You can't drop, hide bid comment or edit your bid. if you do so repeteadly you will enter my blacklist

III. RIGHTS

You can change gender, sex, orientation, name, everything about the character as you please, but credit me for the desing when necesary

You can resell the character but not for more than what you originally paid, trading is allowed but you must communicate with me who the new owner is so i can edit the original post

If you make a proyect with the desing, please tell me, i would love to see it, you are free to sell things with the character as you like, as long as you dont sell the original artwork or claim the desing as your own

If you do claim the desing as your own or break any of the mentioned rules, you will be put in my blacklist , making you unable to recieve any of my services

If you didnt spend money to get the adopt you cant trade or resell it

You can buy the adopt for someone else. but they cant trade it or resell it since it was a gift for them

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

You can't claim a refund after the first 24 hours, please bid responsably and buy only if you like it

I can make tiny changes (eye color), but only really one small thing that dont require redrawing anything AFTER you buy the character

The same terms and services are used for Custom designed characters

By buying a nsfw service from me in any kind of way you are agreeing to these terms unless stated otherwise by me, the artist

I. GENERAL TERMS.

After some bad experiences in the past, i have made my limits in nsfw content really strict and clear

II. PAYMENT

Please never mention the nature of the commission in the paypal description or message, Paypal could disable my account if that happens

If you do, ill send you back the money and ask you to resend it without any sexual message

III. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I won't draw any personal character without consent from the owner, if you want to gift a nsfw piece of mine, please first ask consent to the person, you dont need to tell them the gift, just ask them if its okay to make a nsfw piece of their character

I'm sorry if i won't do your kink or your kink is in my maybe list, this doesn't mean i have anything against you, personally, i had really bad experiences in my past accepting things i wasnt comfortable about and i dont want to do that ever again
